Free Radicals and Normal Blood Sugar Levels




    Diabetic and non-diabetic patients alike seek answers to queries such as what are normal blood sugar levels and how to maintain them.. Normal blood sugar levels are those levels that fall within range after a glucose testing. However, others still need answers to questions on what happens if their blood sugar level spikes up. Aside from the dangers of hypoglycemia which could be fatal, other complications might also occur and may affect the vital organs of the body. Antioxidant-rich foods should be included in the diet not only to maintain normal blood glucose levels but to fight the harmful free radicals in the body as well. Foods that have glow glycemic index are also recommended but proper exercise and healthy lifestyle should likewise be observed.
